Terms and Conditions for Consultancy & Coaching Services provided by “Inspire Wave Management Consultancy & Coaching”
1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern the provision of business and life coaching services by Inspire Wave Management Consultancy & Coaching (referred to as “Inspire Wave”, “Coach”, “Advisor”, “Consultant”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) to clients (referred to as “Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services:
2.1 Inspire Wave provides personalized coaching & management consultancy services to assist Clients in achieving their professional and personal goals. Services may include but are not limited to one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, and workshops.
2.2 Coaching sessions are conducted in-person, via phone, through video conferencing (such as ZOOM), or as mutually agreed upon by Inspire Wave and the Client.
3. Clients’ Relationship Management:
3.1 The consultancy relationship is a collaborative partnership between the Consultant/Advisor and the Client.
3.2 The coaching relationship is a collaborative partnership between the Coach and the Client. The Coach serves as a facilitator of change, providing support, guidance, and accountability to the Client.
3.3 The Client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy or counseling and does not substitute for professional advice from qualified medical, legal, or financial professionals.
3.4 Instances where the Client is experiencing mental illness, the Coach will refer the Client to an appropriate mental health professional, such as a therapist or psychiatrist, or advise them to seek such assistance.
4. Confidentiality:
4.1 Inspire Wave respects the confidentiality of all Client information shared during coaching sessions, consultancy or advisory meetings, sessions, and workshops.
4.2 All information disclosed during coaching sessions, consultancy or advisory meetings, sessions, and workshops are considered confidential and are not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.
5. Fees and Payment:
5.1 Fees for Services are determined based on the type of services selected by the Client.
5.2 Payment is required in advance or on a per-session basis.
5.3 Fees can be negotiated and agreed between Inspire Wave and the Client in case of customized services that are designed and tailored as per the client’s needs and requirements.
5.4 Inspire Wave accepts payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
5.5 All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions or as required by applicable law.
6. Termination of Coaching / Contractual/ Business Relationship:
6.1 Either party may terminate the coaching relationship/ contractual/ Business relationship at any time with written notice to the other party.
6.2 In the event of termination, any prepaid amounts will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, unless any fees owed for completed coaching sessions/consultancy projects or expenses incurred by Inspire Wave.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Coaching & Consultancy Sessions/Meetings:
7.1 Client Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
7.2 Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session at least 48 hours in advance.
8. Refund Policy for Individual & Group Coaching Sessions:
8.1 Refunds for individual & group coaching sessions will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request, provided the cancellation was made at least 48 hours in advance.
9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the provision of coaching services/management consultancy & advisory shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
11. Entire Agreement:
11.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Inspire Wave and the Client regarding the provision of coaching services/management consultancy & advisory and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
11.2 By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
